Once the file is unzipped, you need to open the Program\configfile.xml file in a text editor and specify the paths in it to the Data and Media Folders from the distribution in the DataPaths section:
Absolute (with drive name) path to the Data folder
Absolute (with drive name) path to the Media folder

C:\TecDoc 2020 Q1\Data
C:\TecDoc 2020 Q1\Media
